The Social Hub is the conceptual heart of A:B:C. It is not a generic amenity, a simple residential communal area, or a shared-room co-living space. It is a private social club integrated within the residential building itself.
WHY WAS THE SOCIAL HUB CREATED?
It is born as a direct response to the problem of housing access in destinations like Ibiza or Andorra, where affordability demands the construction of more compact apartments, usually between 45 and 72 sqm.
The Social Hub gives back to the owner the social life that the size of the flat takes away: in practice, living in a 45m² A:B:C flat with access to the Social Hub is equivalent to enjoying the living space of an 80m² flat, but without the mortgage or maintenance costs for those additional 30m².
It is the element that transforms a well-executed efficient home into a branded product with a narrative and heritage value.
