Efficient housing
through solutions
sustainable
All the houses are equipped with different saving systems such as aerothermiaThe water flow is optimised by means of thermal insulation and taps.
Features that save both energy and money for home ownership.
Below, we show you some of the solutions we have developed in some of our projects.

Renewable energy
Aerothermics.
Clean and highly clean and highly efficient energy source.
Clean and highly clean and highly efficient energy source.
How does it work?
It extracts the heat, or rather, the energy in the outside air, and transfers it to the water that is fed into the heating and/or domestic hot water system.
What do we achieve?
Sanitary hot water at very low cost, as we only use 25% of electrical energy for its production.
Why is it efficient?
For every kW-h of electricity consumed, the aerothermal equipment can produce 4-5 kW-h of thermal energy under optimal operating conditions. Up to 75% comes from renewable energy (outside air) and only up to 25% is electrical consumption (fan and compressor).
Exterior
Lattice or ceramic fabric façade.
Reduces energy expenditure in energy expenditure on air conditioning.
Reduces energy expenditure in energy expenditure on air conditioning.
How does it work?
The lattice façade or ceramic fabric acts as a natural protection screen and reduces solar radiation. This makes it possible to create tempered intermediate spaces in buildings that reduce energy expenditure on air conditioning.
Is it respectful?
With regard to the emissions and energy impact of its manufacturing process, it should be noted that the ceramics used are produced with biogas, a naturally extracted fuel obtained through a pioneering process that is unique in Europe. It is also easily recyclable as the materials are joined together dry and can be easily separated.
Is it efficient?
Long-lasting materials, resistant to the harshness of the environment (weather, pollution, etc.). In addition, they do not require maintenance.
Common areas
Photovoltaic panels.
Reduces community community by using the energy generated.
Reduces community community by using the energy generated.
Where are they installed?
In the upper part of the atrium, a space and access area common to all dwellings.
Is it respectful?
It generates clean and free energy thanks to the sun and improves the thermal envelope of the building thanks to its insulating properties. In this way, it manages to significantly reduce the building's electricity consumption and provides substantial economic savings.
What are the economic benefits?
In communities of neighbours, it reduces community expenses, as the energy generated can be used to supply communal areas, car parks, gardens, etc. Reduces Ultraviolet (UV) and Infrared (IR) rays inside up to 99%.
Exterior
Rainwater collection.
Reduce the risk of condensation.
Reduce the risk of condensation.
How is water collected?
Rainwater is collected from the roof. Depending on the type of rainwater, we will obtain a different use or another. It is collected with the gutter. Deposit to store the filtered water.
Where?
It is normal for the rainwater collection and storage installation to be complemented with the one that comes from the general supply network. This scheme is advisable as rainwater is not usually available all year round. For this reason, it is necessary to know what size cistern or tank to use in our installation.
What are the benefits?
It is estimated that the average daily consumption is 300l of water per person, so why not reduce it? By storing rainwater for irrigation and cleaning of communal areas we reduce the cost of the community of neighbours.
Common areas
Twilight letters
Creates a more efficient use of efficient use of lighting.
Creates a more efficient use of efficient use of lighting.
How do they work?
These devices work by calibrating the ambient light around them. They detect the lack or excess of light to switch on or off and to close the circuit.
Where?
They will be connected in the common areas.
What are the benefits?
It leads to great energy savings because it is able to manage resources efficiently.
Common areas
Gardens with native vegetation.
It lowers the cost of of maintenance maintenance.
It lowers the cost of of maintenance maintenance.
How does it work?
Native species that need little care and consume little water will be used. The intention is to create a self-sustainable space that allows us to enjoy a green area inside the development but which requires minimum maintenance.
What are the benefits?
Generate a self-sustainable space that allows us to enjoy a green area inside the development but which requires minimum maintenance.
